Periodic scientific and technical magazine “Electronics and electrical equipment of transport” (EET) was established in 2003 initiated by the Academy of electrical engineering, a number of some industrial, scientific enterprises and higher education institutes. Under conditions of growing trends to standardization of technical solutions, approaches to developments, magazine pages have become a ground for an immediate exchange of experience among specialists, for the promotion of technological advances in the sphere of control systems of different kinds of transports and highlighting significant events of the field.
The magazine editorial board includes 10 Doctors of Engineering Science, professors, among them – 2 honored workers of science of the Russian Federation.
In 2007 the magazine was included into “A list of peer-reviewed magazines and publications” of the Russian Higher Attestation Commission, recommended for evaluation of master’s and doctoral theses. In 2008 “EET” was included in the Russian Science Citation Index system for which information about published articles is provided regularly. Tables of contents of issues, abstracts of articles, information about authors and article reference lists are on open access in the Internet at www.elibrary.ru.
Magazine “Electronics and electrical equipment of transport” is issued with regularity of 6 issues per year in an edition of 1000 copies. It is distributed through the editor office upon address dispatch, at specialized exhibitions and symposiums, by subscription through “A publication catalogue of the scientific and technical information bodies” of JSC “Rospechat” (post code 59990). It is registered in the International center of scientific and technical publications under number ISSN 1812-6782.
